Currently, Jordan serves the City of Elmira as Assistant Corporation Counsel, representing the city in small claims, civil, and local criminal matters -  a position he has held for the past five years. Beyond litigation, he advises city personnel on a wide array of state and local laws, ensuring that our municipal government operates with integrity and transparency.With extensive and diverse experience  —across prosecution, victim advocacy, municipal representation, and community-centered legal programs—Jordan Yorke is uniquely qualified to step onto the bench as Elmira City Court Judge.
